The Ib Laursen Sieve with Wooden Handle and Fine Mesh is excellent for straining the smallest food, like rice, lentils or quinoa. You can also use it for rinsing fruit like cherries or berries or vegetables, like small tomatoes or snack peppers. The wooden handle and its two hooks allow you to securely hold the sieve in place whilst pouring in ingredients. You can drain liquids with it or use it to sprinkle powdered sugar over your freshly baked cakes and muffins. It is 37 cm long and has a diameter of 19.5 cm. When it is not in use, then you can hang it up by the round opening at the end of the handle. Buy it for yourself or for your amateur chef friend.
